
The LG Chocolate KG800 is a lightweight phone designed with user-friendly menus and it also comes with a 2.0-inch TFT LCD screen that provides 256,000 (18-bit) colours with 176-by-220 pixel resolutions along with back lighting mode, touch sensitive pad and navigations; a built-in 1.3-megapixel camera, plus 4x digital zooming capability with camcorder function. This phone supports Tri-band networks technology that enable users to access the GSM networks of 900, 1800, and 1900 Mhz; 128 MB of shared memory and it support Bluetooth wireless technology without the hassle of using wired cables. It is designed with slider mechanism concept, available in various colours such as Black, Pink, White or Wine coloured enclosure and provides multi-language menu for its user interfaces. The phone also comes with FCC radiation compliance test and has a digital SAR rating of 0.14 watt per kilogram.The handset is powered by a lithium ion battery that provide up to 6 hours of talk time and 200 hours of stand by time.

It also works as a video camcorder where users can record digital video with 3gp formats with two choices of resolutions (176-by-144 and 128-by-96), along with other video functions like video gallery, video settings and video effects. The device supports file format such as MP3, AAC, AAC+, Enhanced ACC+, and WMA and files can be transferred to the phone via a USB cable just by using drag and drop function or purchased download-able songs or ring tones through the internet music store. Its music player can be access using the music button and from there on you can either choose the touch pad to control the music or just use the remote control. In terms of entertainment, the cell phone is compatible with Java Games, Embedded Games and also capable of downloading games from the web.
