Sony Ericsson new devices @ MWC

Sony Ericsson recently announced new devices that have been designed around consumer experience at the MWC. Sony Corp. CEO and President, Sir Howard Stringer said that he felt ecstatic to attend the event after three years. The long wait for this event was due to the fact that he didn’t want to attend MWC when his company wasn’t doing too well on the market front. While the president of Sony Ericsson, Mr. Bert Nordberg noted that for SE, communication and entertainment are as important to the brand as ever before.

Executive VP and chief creation officer, Mr. Rikko Sakaguchi admitted that the company had several differences when going through the many ideas and implementations. He went on to explain that Sony Ericsson want their products to be inspired by human emotion and organic nature. Global head of marketing at Sony Ericsson, Mr. Lennard Hoornik was quoted saying “We are more interested in creating a little smile when people pick up their devices every day”.

Three devices from Sony Ericsson will be launched in the first half of this year which are the Vivaz Pro, Xperia X10 Mini and Xperia X10 Mini Pro. Let’s hope Sony Ericsson can live up to their dreams.
